most golf majors won
GOLF-WHY JIM FURYK CAN NEVER CLOSE IN MAJORS?
I know how difficult it is to play great in Majors with the enormous pressure,but the dude is so friggin consistent its almost comical. He finishes in every top 5 or 10 in regular tourneys,and in MAJORS always seems to be in the top 5. Many times he’s finished 2nd or 3rd. With being in contention so much,why hasnt he won a couple more major tournaments?? Is it because–
He is just a slow starter?
His style of play?
His strategy/nich to just be in the hunt??=big bucks,one bad shot can cost you six figures$$$
Lack of length/power to win multiple majors?
or has he choked a few times?
He is to conservative (which is why he is consistent). If you look at most major champions, they all take risks which either make or break them. Jim Furyk doesn’t do that…
